Are you looking to take the next step in your Facilities Management career?

We're recruiting for an Assistant Account Manager to join a growing Maintenance team, supporting the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and M&E small works across a portfolio of commercial clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Maintenance or Construction who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Supporting the management of maintenance contracts and client relationships.
  • Assisting with the delivery of PPM, reactive maintenance and M&E small works.
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and maintenance activities.
  • Preparing quotations, reports, purchase orders and contract documentation.
  • Monitoring contract performance, service delivery and profitability.
  • Attending client meetings and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate contract information using CAFM systems.
  • Supporting business development by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Maintenance or Construction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with CAFM systems (Joblogic) is advantageous but not essential.
