FMCG | Data and Commercial Support

Are you looking to build your FMCG career in a role focused on data, reporting and commercial support? We are hiring an Assistant Account Manager with strong administrative skills, advanced Excel capability and the confidence to work with large datasets to drive meaningful insights.

You will support several product categories across multiple trade channels, helping well-known consumer brands achieve commercial success. This role is heavily analytical and operational, with no marketing input. You will build reports, analyse performance and forecast using client-provided data, while ensuring smooth day-to-day account administration.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain regular reports for clients and internal teams
  • Forecast volumes, sales and performance trends using client data
  • Analyse sales information to identify risks, opportunities and key patterns
  • Prepare data packs, summaries and presentations for client meetings
  • Maintain trackers, documents and commercial files across multiple FMCG categories
  • Support trade performance analysis across Grocery, Convenience and Pharmacy channels
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries
  • Manage daily administrative tasks that support account operations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum one year of FMCG experience with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience in data-focused, administrative or commercial support roles
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships
