About Us

Narwhal Labs is the company behind DeepBlue OS; an autonomous revenue infrastructure platform that enables any business to answer every call, follow up every lead, and log every interaction across Voice, SMS, Email and WhatsApp. Our platform launched in May 2026, built by a 38-person team with backing from NVIDIA's Inception Program and Google Partner status. We build the infrastructure layer for businesses that want enterprise-grade revenue operations at a fraction of traditional cost.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a part-time Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day management of our financial processes, helping to ensure the accurate and timely recording, analysis and reporting of financial data.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy and is committed to maintaining strong financial processes. From time to time, you may also support the wider team with occasional HR-related administrative tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
