We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join the growing Finance team at Right Formula.

Working closely with our Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finance function running smoothly while gaining exposure well beyond a traditional Accounts Payable role.
You'll:
- Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Manage supplier invoices, payment runs and supplier relationships
- Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions
- Support month-end close, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with management reporting, WIP reporting and intercompany reconciliations
- Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function
🎯 We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant role
- Hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve
- An ambition to develop towards management accounting
