Assistant Accountant (12-Month FTC)
Salary: £35,000 DOE
Location: London/Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and award-winning insurance business within a supportive Finance Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll & expenses
- Supplier payments
- Month-end and bordereaux support
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting wider finance projects
Your experience:
- Previous finance/accounts experience
- Strong numerical and Excel skills
- Xero or similar accounting software experience
- Excellent attention to detail, with a precise and consistent approach
- Analytical and comfortable working with established processes and standards
- Happy working in a transactional, routine-based role
- Helpful, supportive and collaborative
- Confident making decisions within your area of expertise
- Insurance experience would be advantageous

What’s on offer:
