Assistant Accountant

As an Assistant Accountant in the property sector based in Guildford, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the accounting and finance department. From managing day-to-day financial tasks to assisting with reporting and analysis, your work will keep the numbers in line and the business on track.

Description

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

Job Offer

The role is a 14 month fixed term contract, with a salary up to £45,000 + benefits.
