Media Accounts Executive / Assistant Accountant
London | Hybrid
£40000 - £45000
An exciting opportunity to join the global finance team of a leading independent integrated marketing agency.
We're looking for a Media Accounts Executive to join a busy, collaborative finance function supporting a growing international agency across the UK and internationally.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure across client billing, revenue, supplier management, cash, reconciliations, and financial control—ideal for someone looking to build their finance career within the media and marketing sector.
The Role
- Manage client billing, revenue, and media reconciliations, resolving queries and re-billing requirements.
- Process and reconcile media supplier invoices, purchase orders, and campaign activity.
- Support supplier relationships and payment runs.
- Prepare multi-currency bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including WIP, accrued/deferred income, and accrued costs.
- Work closely with media teams and stakeholders across the business.

About You
- Finance experience, ideally within media planning/buying or an agency environment.
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Good IT skills; Paprika experience is advantageous.
