Assistant Administrator
This recruitment covers the role of an Assistant Administrator on a fixed term contract until 18th October 2027.
The post holder will assist in delivering an effective and efficient support service to the Patient Services Central Team, to assist in the provision of quality patient care. Key roles will involve registering incoming referrals and IPT's, processing outgoing IPT's, responding to patient queries on the phone as well as being involved in ad hoc projects.
The post holder will have skills in the respective areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the patient pathway, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure that functions of the roles are carried out correctly within given timescales.
The main duties of the job will vary dependent on the role and are detailed in the attached job descriptions.
