£38,000 Basic Salary | Up to £53,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a successful dealership in Dagenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career or for an existing Assistant Aftersales Manager seeking a new challenge. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the aftersales department while helping to deliver exceptional customer service and strong departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily operation of the Service and Parts departments.
- Assisting in leading, motivating and developing the aftersales team.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Monitoring departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
- Helping to manage workshop efficiency and maximise utilisation.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or Assistant Aftersales Manager role within the motor trade.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
