The Role

As an Assistant Allocator for UGG, you will take ownership of the distribution of stock to stores, ensuring accurate and timely allocations in line with trading requirements and distribution targets.

  • You will manage end-to-end allocation for your stores, analysing sales performance and stock levels to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail, buying, logistics and visual merchandising, while building strong relationships with store teams and supporting distribution centre operations.

We’re looking for someone analytical and organised, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in retail trading and stock management.

Your Impact

  • Own the allocation process for your store portfolio
  • Develop insights from sales trends to optimise stock distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate allocations aligned with trading plans
  • Care for store relationships by supporting their stock needs
  • Support planning and operations with reporting and analysis
  • Lead by taking accountability for stock ownership within your channel

Who You Are

  • You are a highly organised and analytical individual with strong attention to detail
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • You understand retail operations and have a good grasp of stock management and the wider supply chain

We Would Love To Hear from People With

  • Experience in retail or a strong understanding of store operations is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience with retail systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is a plus
