Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a varied portfolio of audit and assurance assignments, taking responsibility for work from initial planning through to completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing clear, commercially focused communication.
- Delegate, review, and oversee the work of junior team members, providing coaching and constructive feedback to support their development.
- Apply sound technical judgement when assessing risks, resolving issues, and communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Help ensure assignments meet relevant professional and regulatory standards while being delivered efficiently and to agreed deadlines.
- Support wider team growth through involvement in proposals, client development, and other opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.

Your Experience:
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification, with relevant audit and assurance experience.
