Are you a recently qualified accountant looking for a role that offers genuine ownership, variety, and flexibility? We're partnering with a specialist media consultancy that supports some of the industry's leading agencies. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an Assistant Audit Manager to join their team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of agency clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding how businesses operate, and delivering meaningful insights that help clients improve performance. You'll benefit from a highly autonomous, fully remote working environment while remaining connected to colleagues through regular collaboration and quarterly team meet-ups in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver audit assignments from scoping through to final reporting, with support from the wider team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of agency revenue models, commercial arrangements, and cost structures.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to document processes, assess risks, and evaluate controls.
  • Produce clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations that drive business improvement.
  • Manage multiple audit engagements while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
  • At least 3 years' experience in audit, assurance, or finance within a media, advertising, or agency environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Analytical and naturally curious, with a desire to understand how businesses operate.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
