Your Role in Our Family
- Support the Octagon Bar Manager in supervising, training and developing the bar team to our departmental standards
- Act as a guest service role model, creating a warm and positive atmosphere for guest relations
- Ensure the Cocktail Bar is fully stocked with our agreed product range and the team confidently trained to serve it
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, and identify opportunities to maximise sales
- Get onto the floor during meal periods and peak trading times to support the team
- Help maintain service, sanitation and food handling standards across the department
- Build open, collaborative relationships with the wider Food & Beverage team

What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within a bar or Food & Beverage environment, ideally in a luxury hotel
- Strong product knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage service
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest service skills with a warm, personable manner
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
