What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
- Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development
- Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar
- Create the perfect atmosphere - think lighting, music, and great service!
- Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service
- Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests

Who we’re looking for:
- A natural leader with energy and passion for delivering a fantastic guest experience
- A warm, friendly, and driven personality who loves working in a team
- Previous hospitality management experience is essential
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
