Searcys are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at their iconic St Pancras Champagne Bar and Brasserie.
As an Assistant Bar Manager for Searcys you will support the Bar Manager in the everyday running of the venue, create stylish signature cocktails, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.
Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

Job Description
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: up to £45,000
The Assistant Bar Manager will be supporting the Bar Manager in overseeing the bar program by creating and maintaining bar standards while driving sales through creative and innovative drinks, building relationships with suppliers and vendors in the absence of the Bar Manager.
In addition, the Assistant Bar Manager will support the Bar Manager and being accountable for the day to day operations of the bar including team, cost controls, training, budgeting, administration and active floor management during service.
Qualifications
- You are passionate and articulate about food and beverage
- Manage the overall bar and beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishing and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible
- Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping in mind costing.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and client.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service and shifts, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
- Additional duties as assigned or required
