Assistant Bid Writer
Salary: Up to £38,000 + £4,750 Travel Allowance or Company Car
Location: Dartford
Fully Office-Based (5 Days Per Week)

We're looking for someone with a foundation in bid writing who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow their career within a high performing bids function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production of bid and tender submissions.
- Draft, edit, and proofread written responses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling content.
- Gather supporting evidence, case studies, and project information.
- Assist with bid reviews and quality checks against client requirements.

About You:
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, or proposals.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
- Keen to develop a long-term career in bid writing.
