What You’ll Do

  • Support & Inspire the Team
    • Partner with the Boutique Manager to coach Beauty Hosts, foster a culture of excellence, and celebrate team achievements.
  • Deliver Memorable Guest Journeys
    • Create memorable spa-inspired moments through Hand Massages and Beauty Consultations, offering personalized advice and building lasting relationships.
  • Support on Boutique Sales & Performance
    • Assist in tracking KPIs, supporting sales goals, and contributing to boutique profitability through proactive engagement.
  • Champion Learning & Growth
    • Facilitate training sessions, in-store coaching to enhance product knowledge, service excellence, and team confidence.
  • Support Operational Run
    • Support inventory management, compliance, scheduling, and boutique presentation with precision and care.
  • Ensure Excellence in Execution
    • Ensure the visual merchandising is impeccably executed and as per standards.
