Assistant Branch Manager | High Wycombe | Automotive | Up to £31,000 plus bonus

Ready to take the next step in your automotive career? We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join an automotive centre in High Wycombe and help take the centre to the next level.

The Role

As Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive the performance of the centre, support the team and deliver excellent customer service. The centre is going through an exciting period of change, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring energy and positivity and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll be hands-on when needed while also taking responsibility for the administration and day-to-day running of the centre.

Accountabilities

  • Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team
  • Be hands-on with tyre fitting and mechanical work when required
  • Support with administration, compliance and operational tasks
  • Drive sales, customer service and key performance indicators
  • Help build a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Take ownership and lead from the front when required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in tyre fitting, mechanical or fast-fit environments
  • Experience supervising or managing a technical/automotive team
  • Hands-on, dynamic and willing to get stuck in
  • Strong customer service and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable balancing practical work with administration
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Positive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
