ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (ESTATE AGENCY)
Location
Ruislip, HA4
Salary
Up to £35,000 basic, OTE £60,000+
Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm (half day in lieu)
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency in Ruislip.
This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and play a key part in driving instructions, valuations, and overall branch performance. You will be a strong lister, confident in winning business, and able to support the wider team in achieving results.
The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the branch while remaining heavily focused on valuations, winning instructions, and generating new business.
This is a hands-on, front-end role where you will lead by example, drive activity, and contribute directly to the branch's success.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
- Driving new business generation and increasing market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Supporting the sales team to achieve targets and performance levels
- Managing your own pipeline from instruction through to completion
- Providing expert advice on pricing and local market conditions
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Experience Required
- Previous experience within Estate Agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager level
- Strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
- Confident valuer with strong local market knowledge
- Driven, target-focused and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car
