About the Role
As an Assistant Brand & Proposition Manager, you'll help shape and deliver customer-focused propositions that drive growth and bring our brand to life. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll turn insights into action, support exciting projects, and help deliver consistent brand experiences across every touchpoint.
This is a great opportunity to build your expertise across the 6Ps: Product, Packaging, Price, Place, People and Promotion, while gaining hands-on experience in brand and proposition development.
You will be responsible for
- Support the development of strategic brand plans and growth pipelines for Home & Clothing categories.
- Assist in creating insight-led concepts and propositions that deliver on the strategic plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Packaging, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure propositions are brought to life effectively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Turn customer insights into action by supporting the development and launch of new product concepts and propositions.
- Work with Product teams to ensure alignment across the 6Ps and adherence to critical timelines.
- Help monitor customer and market metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to inform future brand strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to support the implementation of brand initiatives.
- Prepare materials and reports to share best practices and ensure plans are relevant and adaptable across Tesco Group markets.
- Manage key project deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the Brand and Proposition Manager.
- Follow Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, always acting with integrity and due diligence.

You will need
Operational skills relevant for this job:
- Understanding of how to turn customer insights into compelling propositions.
- Familiarity with proposition development across the 6Ps.
- Basic knowledge of brand strategy and innovation processes.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and timelines.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
