Assistant Brand Manager - Drinks

Chiswick Park, London | Full-time

Are you passionate about brands, consumer trends and bringing new products to market?

At Mizkan, we're preparing to launch an exciting new drinks brand across the UK and Europe, and we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join the team at a pivotal moment in the journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across brand management, innovation, digital marketing, commercial activation and product launches. You'll work closely with our Senior Brand Manager and collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and Digital to help turn a brand vision into reality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the execution of the brand launch plan and annual marketing activities.
  • Leading the coordination of samples for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working with Digital teams on social media, website and eCommerce activity.
  • Tracking competitor activity and market trends.
  • Managing project timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting packaging and artwork development with agencies and internal teams.
  • Assisting with retailer presentations, sell-in materials and launch activation plans.
  • Managing Brandbank listings and product content.
  • Supporting budget tracking and purchase order management.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, curious and excited by the challenge of launching new brands. You'll ideally have:

  • Up to 2 years' marketing experience within FMCG.
  • Drinks category experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in consumer behaviour, brand building and commercial marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An understanding of marketing fundamentals including price, promotion, product and place.
