Our client is a fast-growing global beauty group building some of the most exciting brands in the industry. With a strong focus on creating the next generation of beauty brands, they are continuing to grow internationally and expand their presence across key consumer touchpoints.
We’re partnering with one of their haircare brands on a Junior Brand Manager opportunity, joining the London team at an exciting point in its growth.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on brand role for someone who enjoys being close to both the creative and commercial sides of marketing. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll help bring the brand strategy to life across digital, social, retail and CRM, while identifying new opportunities to strengthen the brand and drive growth.
You’ll have genuine ownership from brief through to delivery, working across campaigns, community, creators, content, CRM and retail. It’s a varied role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where you’ll be able to see the impact of your work across the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the global brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints
- Help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to launch
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand, grow the audience and drive commercial growth
- Lead community engagement and identify relevant brand partnership opportunities
- Brief and manage UGC creators, ensuring content is aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
- Support the planning and management of social media channels and content calendars
- Lead CRM planning and execution alongside agency partners
- Develop email marketing briefs and copy
- Brief creative assets to designers and agency partners
- Coordinate campaign asset rollouts across internal teams and retail partners
- Write copy across website, email, social, retailer toolkits and campaign assets
- Develop briefs for in-store POS, retailer banners and launch assets
- Ensure all communications, creative and retail activity remain consistent with the wider brand identity

Ideal Background
- 3+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG or another consumer brand
- Strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of brand tone of voice
- Experience working across integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Comfortable working across social, content, CRM and wider brand activity
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded, creative and confident using data and insights to inform decisions
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools would be a plus
- Someone who is proactive, highly organised and comfortable taking ownership of projects independently
