Brand Project Manager

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with a growing FMCG business that is looking to recruit a Brand Project Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across brand, packaging, artwork, or product development who enjoys managing multiple projects and playing a key role in bringing new products to market.

The successful candidate will coordinate artwork and packaging projects from initial brief through to final production, while supporting NPD and EPD launches across UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end artwork and packaging projects, working closely with agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers
  • Coordinate artwork amendments, approvals, version control, and regulatory sign-off
  • Support new product launches and existing product developments from concept through to market
  • Manage critical paths, project timelines, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate POS, digital assets, sales materials, and launch content
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain
  • Maintain accurate product information, packaging files, and project documentation
  • Support wider brand planning and innovation projects
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or delays to project timelines

The ideal candidate:

  • 1–3+ years’ experience within Brand Management, Marketing, Packaging, Artwork Coordination, Product Development, or a related role
  • Strong experience coordinating packaging artwork or print projects
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confident working with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience within FMCG or consumer products would be highly advantageous

  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
  • Location: Leeds - 5 days a week in office
