Imagine Starting with a Brand People Already Love

Most marketers spend years trying to make people care about their brand. Imagine starting with one the world already loves.

We're working with a global snacking brand that's become a genuine phenomenon — the kind of name that sells out, trends online and pulls a cult following wherever it lands. It's now scaling hard in the UK, backed by one of the biggest food businesses on the planet. This is a brand people already obsess over, on a growth journey most marketers only dream about.

Why Should You Care?

This is a bold, loud and culturally switched-on brand with a following most companies would kill for and you'd be helping shape how it shows up in the UK. Real campaigns, real activation, real input from day one and a genuine path to Brand Manager as the brand grows. It doesn't get much more fun than marketing a brand people actually want to talk about.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Helping bring the brand plan to life across campaigns, social, activation and new product launches
  • Working hands-on with agencies — creative, social, PR — and keeping projects moving
  • Getting properly close to the consumer: what they love, what they share, what makes them buy
  • Keeping an eye on the numbers — brand health, sales, market share and how campaigns actually landed
  • Owning the unglamorous glue that makes brands happen: budgets, POs, timelines
  • Teaming up with sales, category and supply chain to turn ideas into reality

Who You Are

You live and breathe brands and culture. You're the one who spots what's taking off online before everyone else does. You're creative but organised, you sweat the detail and you're itching to put your stamp on something exciting.

A bit of marketing under your belt such as a Marketing Exec, a placement, a grad scheme or a first brand role — sets you up well. But we care more about how you think than the exact line on your CV.

One Thing on Experience

We value it, we don't worship it. If you've got the instinct for brands, the energy and the eye for detail but your CV doesn't tick every single box — apply anyway. Attitude builds brands.
