If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join us in growing Hooks & Needles, one of our creative brands built around crochet and knitting
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organized, spotting the little details others miss, and making sure things actually get done. You’ll work across product development, customer feedback, marketing, and day-to-day brand projects, helping keep everything running smoothly and looking for ways to make things better.
Crochet or knitting knowledge is a big advantage here. Understanding the craft helps you get our products, understand our customers, and spot issues they might notice.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing

- Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.
- Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.
- Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.
🔍 Customer Feedback
- Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
