Tropicana Brands Group is proud to lead this category through the iconic Tropicana and Copella brands. Tropicana has been bringing the fresh taste and goodness of fruit to consumers since 1947. Copella is Britain's premium apple juice brand, recognised for its distinctive craft apple heritage, exceptional quality and refreshing taste.
As we continue to invest in growing the category and strengthening our brands, we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team!
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded and creative marketer who is passionate about building brands and bringing brilliant ideas to life. You'll take ownership of the Copella brand while supporting in the shaping and delivery of our social media activity across the Juice portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Juice, and the Head of Social & Digital Media, you'll play an important role in driving brand growth through insight-led thinking, creative campaigns and flawless execution. This is a broad and varied role offering exposure across brand strategy, innovation, communications including social media, and in market execution. It provides genuine ownership from day one, making it an ideal opportunity for someone ready to accelerate their marketing career.

You'll join a small, ambitious and entrepreneurial marketing team where collaboration is valued, ideas are encouraged, successes are celebrated and everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Key responsibilities include:
Brand Performance & Insight
- Monitor brand, category and competitor performance using consumer, retailer and market data.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen brand performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and emerging cultural trends to inspire future marketing activity.
Consumer Activation
- Develop and implement brilliant consumer activation plans on Copella.
- Engage with agency partners to create distinct assets and campaigns (social & PR-led with opportunity for regional ATL), and partner with the shopper team to create compelling retailer activations that can bring the brand to life online and offline.
Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept through to launch, collaborating with Commercial, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights and agency partners.
- Support innovation and renovation projects, helping shape future growth opportunities across the Juice portfolio.
- Deliver projects on time and to budget while confidently managing multiple stakeholders.
Social Media & Brand Fame
- Support the development and execution of social media plans across Tropicana and Copella.
- Work with Head of Social and agency partners to identify cultural moments, creator opportunities and reactive content that builds brand fame, engagement and conversation.
- Help identify opportunities to maximise earned media through partnerships, PR and culturally relevant activations.
Commercial Excellence
- Manage the Copella marketing budget, including purchase order management and budget tracking.
- Create engaging brand presentations and compelling sell-in materials for internal stakeholders and retail customers.
- Continually evaluate campaign performance, applying learnings to improve future activity and maximise return on investment.

About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of some of the UK's biggest juice brands. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a Brand, Marketing or Category role, ideally within FMCG or another fast-moving consumer business.
- A passion for consumers, culture and trends, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Strong creativity combined with commercial thinking and an eye for great brand building.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- A strong understanding of social media, creators, influencer marketing and the evolving digital landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and make clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset, taking ownership and looking for opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
- The agility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- A growth mindset and genuine desire to learn, develop and build a successful marketing career.
