Assistant Brand Manager - Beauty - London

Futures are looking for a commercially driven Assistant Brand Manager to support on the ownership of brand performance in the UK market. You will work across the brand strategy, being heavily involved with product and marketing plans and driving growth through strong execution and data-led decision making.

Operating within a lean team, this is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery across product, marketing, and retail channels.

Principal Accountabilities

Brand Strategy & Business Support

  • Support the development and delivery of the annual brand plan, aligned with UK market objectives
  • Assist with management of the brand P&L and A&P budget, including tracking spend and performance
  • Monitor brand and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Support brand reporting and presentations for internal and HQ stakeholders
  • Work closely with KAMs to ensure brand and retail strategies are aligned

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Support the management of product assortment and lifecycle planning
  • Coordinate new product launches, including forecasting, stock planning and launch preparation
  • Analyse product and SKU performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Support local pricing implementation and competitor benchmarking
  • Coordinate with HQ on product timelines, assets, samples and launch requirements

Marketing & Campaigns (IMC)

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar across all channels
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across PR, retail, digital and paid media
  • Coordinate campaign activity around key product launches and brand moments
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
  • Brief and work closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for future activity

Retail & Market Performance

  • Work closely with KAMs to support retailer activations, launches and promotional activity
  • Help ensure strong in-store and online visibility in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor retailer and channel performance, providing actionable insights
  • Conduct competitor, category and market analysis to identify emerging trends
  • Support the development of retailer-specific marketing initiatives and materials
