Assistant Brand Manager – FMCG
Location: West of London/Hybrid – 3 days/office
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: To £45K plus benefits

Position Overview
You'll own brand performance and insight, translating market data into actionable plans. Working cross-functionally, you'll deliver campaigns and innovations whilst managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities through monthly performance analysis and trend identification.

What you’ll be doing from Day 1
- Translating market data and shopper insight into actionable brand plans
- Leading monthly brand performance reporting and trend identification
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and innovations
- Working with agencies to develop creative briefs and deliver campaigns
- Supporting budget forecasting, purchase orders and spend monitoring
What we are looking for
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of brand growth drivers
- Experience with Nielsen and/or Kantar consumer and market data tools
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into action
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
