Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager - Robinsons

Location: Hemel Hempstead - Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in Hemel office)

Job Length: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.


About the role:

A great opportunity to join the number #1 Squash brand in a critical, high visibility, marketing role. As Robinsons Assistant Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering our vision to be the undisputed first drink of choice for families.

The Robinsons Dilutes category is worth over £200m RSV with a scale portfolio of sub brands including our Core range, Creations, Mini’s and Cordials that all play an important role for consumer and category.

In 2027 we have exciting plans for Robinsons featuring; NPD, Activations, with channel plans and strategies to leverage the power of our portfolio of amazing sub brands.

Working on the Robinson’s Dilutes portfolio, you will support and help manage the Robinsons range, including our Core, Creations, Cordials and Minis ranges. You will be involved in landing key activation projects and emerging channels such as eRetail and online to help contribute to the overall brand targets.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the external monthly brand performance reviews using a combination of Nielsen & Kantar data to bring to life key insights and actions
  • Lead the Trade & Internal engagement (PR & Trade Shows etc) plans for Robinsons
  • Support the Brand manager on landing and executing key NPD activations to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
  • Support the brand team on execution of our social assets and paid and organic social activities and posts
  • Be our Ecommerce & Pure play 2027 brand lead to help manage our optimised online imagery and working closely with our online activation teams to execute the plans
  • Support the team on artwork and activation approvals to support our NPD launches in 27
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a fantastic standard of brand execution and distribution growth across the UK market.
  • Work across the full brand mix - packaging, pricing, marketing / sales support plan, to deliver growth targets for the brands.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Experience within an FMCG business/ brand is desired.
  • Experience of using data to present insights and key actions
  • Interest in working with digital channels and customers including eRetail, Pureplay (Amazon & Ocado)
  • A collaborative team player that works effectively across a variety of cross functional teams and be accountable for delivery of projects
  • Eye for detail when reviewing artwork and activation assets to ensure we execute high brand standards across different consumer and shopper touchpoints
  • Results oriented with an instinct for driving initiatives to completion and delivering at pace.
  • Ability to move from concept to action at the right time and able to keep self and teams focused on the right priorities.
  • Ability to develop accountability across the organisation, with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships.
