Job Description/Responsibilities

The Assistant Brand Manager - Shopper Marketing, BuzzBallz will support the regional planning and execution of consumer/shopper/category insights and shopper marketing initiatives across Europe for BuzzBallz. This role is critical in bringing to life the path to purchase and ensuring our activations connect with consumers in a way that drives conversion, loyalty, and category growth. This role will connect marketing frameworks with commercial needs, work closely with sales, distributors, and customers to support market development focusing on POS & trade marketing frameworks, in-market activation & execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes.
  • Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or commercial on trade.
  • Driven to succeed and a real doer.
  • Prepared for a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of both marketing & commercial teams.
  • Experience with tracking marketing & commercial KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Experience with tracking marketing & commercial KPIs.
  • 3 years implementation or project management experience.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel (up to 30%).
