We're looking for an ambitious marketer to join our Brand Marketing team as an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager.
You may already be an Assistant Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar marketing professional looking for your next challenge.
We're looking for a brand-centric marketer ready to take the next step in their career, playing a key role in delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social and PR channels, supporting both brand campaigns and new product launches.
You'll play a key role in the continued growth of brands such as Beldray and Salter, helping bring them to life across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Working closely with Sales, Buying and external agencies, you'll turn research, insights and early concepts into campaigns, tracking performance and optimising activity to drive growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer ready to take ownership of campaigns, contribute to brand strategy and support the development of a wider marketing team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role offers genuine progression and the opportunity to broaden your experience across all areas of brand marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events and retail channels
- Supporting the launch of new products and brand initiatives
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating activity across multiple teams to ensure a consistent brand experience
- Working with external agencies and partners to deliver effective marketing activity
- Supporting PR outreach, influencer activity and brand events
- Using consumer, market and competitor insights to inform campaign planning
- Helping develop and coach more junior members of the team
- Staying up to date with emerging trends, platforms and marketing best practice
- Support the Head of Marketing with team development and mentoring, by leading training sessions and assisting with team development

We're looking for someone who
- Has experience delivering marketing campaigns in a commercial environment
- Has exposure to a combination of digital marketing, social media, PR, content, events or brand campaigns
- Understands how different marketing channels work together to achieve results
- Is confident analysing performance data and turning insights into action
- Has excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
- Is passionate about brands, consumer behaviour and marketing trends
- Is excited by the opportunity to support and develop others, whether through mentoring, coaching or taking on increasing leadership responsibility as part of their career progression
