The Role
The Brand Partnership team focus across WME’s entire roster to help create brand relationships. A deal can be anywhere from a social media post to securing sweat equity in a new start up. The assistant role is fast-paced.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Handling a high volume of email traffic
- Understanding of platforms to collect clients’ demographics and analytics
- Handling logistics to execute a closed deal and sometimes shoots
- Compiling information in department and agent’s tracking systems throughout the year, keeping these up to date on a daily basis.
- Proficient in creating client materials and lists for pitching purposes
- In-depth research projects for agents as required
- Reporting at weekly meetings on active deals and briefs
- Preparing information for internal and client meetings
- Liaising directly with clients and their wider teams where necessary to arrange meetings, shoot logistics etc
- Act as the primary contact for gifting and event opportunities for specific clients on agents’ roster
- Keeping track of payments for all agent’s booked jobs and liaising with internal and external accounting teams to send invoices, track payment timelines and ensure funds are received and sent to clients
- Reporting and regularly updating trackers
- Occasionally managing deal flow end-to-end and ensuring any required content is delivered to buyers on time, leading on approvals processes and ensuring comms between buyer and agent is streamlined
- Organising agent’s diary and at times also the logistics and bookings for work travel purposes
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise

The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, and passionate about the brand partnership space. They will demonstrate exceptional organisation and communication skills and will understand the importance of excellent client service and absolute discretion. They will have a long-term interest in a career in entertainment industry, as well as possessing:

- Sensitivity to the needs of creative clients – previous brand experience is desirable and a base understanding of the brand partnerships world
- Confidence working with MS Office on a daily basis, with a strong grasp of numbers
