What your day will look like?
As an Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including breakfast service, supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure that every service runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team performance and revenue.
You will take an active role in overseeing breakfast operations, ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for service, the team is briefed and organised, and our breakfast offering is consistently presented and delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure buffet and à la carte service runs efficiently, while monitoring guest flow, service standards and overall guest satisfaction.
You will have a strong knowledge of our restaurant, menus and hotel facilities, using this knowledge to identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue. You will support with rotas, stock control, service planning and daily operational tasks, while ensuring all health, safety and company standards are consistently followed. Above all, you will lead by example, promote a positive can-do attitude and help create an environment where both our guests and team feel valued.

What You’ll Bring?
- You’ll bring strong leadership skills, a positive can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You’ll be confident leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- You’ll have previous experience in restaurant or luxury hotel operations, with a good understanding of breakfast service, food and beverage operations and high service standards.
- You’ll be comfortable managing busy services, responding to guest feedback and supporting the team to perform at their best.
Most importantly, you’ll lead by example, remain calm under pressure and take pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and colleagues.
