Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
The Assistant Building Manager functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery and supporting the Building Manager. The Building Manager will be responsible for the Front of House function that gives the building personality and puts life and soul into everyday occupation for our guests. The right candidate will ensure that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained with a focus on the management of hard/soft services, contractors and occupier engagement.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
- Experience of working in a similar role for 2 years
- Ideally experience of Riskwise, Proactis, Occupier portal
- Essential IOSH
Working Hours:
- 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience)
- £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
