Are you looking for your next step in property operations?
We are recruiting on behalf of a national client for a Assistant Building Manager to join their onsite team. You will serve as the face of the building, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and driving a welcoming community culture for all residents.
The Package
- Competitive salary of up to GBP34,500 per annum
- Full-time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident enquiries, complaints, and community activities.
- Supervise community hub and reception operations to ensure seamless daily service.
- Guide and coordinate daily rotas for customer service and housekeeping staff.
- Oversee cleaning standards, perform site walk-throughs, and coordinate contractor visits.
- Support occupancy targets by hosting property tours and assisting with prospective resident leads.

What We Are Looking For
- Background in customer-facing supervision across hotels, co-working spaces, retail, gyms, or residential property.
- Warm, approachable leadership style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills and comfort using basic CRM or operational systems.
