APC Building Surveyor

Global Construction Consultancy | London

Up to £45,000 + Benefits + Outstanding APC Support

A leading, globally recognised construction consultancy is looking for an APC Building Surveyor to join its London team, working across a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying services.

For a Building Surveyor working towards MRICS, there aren't many better environments in which to achieve Chartership.

The business has achieved a 100% first-time APC pass rate for its Building Surveyors for 9 consecutive years, an exceptional record given Building Surveying is widely regarded as one of the more challenging RICS pathways.

You'll work across both project and professional services, gaining experience across condition surveys, defect diagnosis, technical due diligence, specifications, contract administration and project management, alongside the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects.

The client base is equally varied, with exposure across the public and private sectors including education, central government, defence and major infrastructure, while working alongside specialists from across a genuinely multidisciplinary consultancy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
