Client Host / Assistant Business Centre Manager

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join thriving business centres in Theale and Basingstoke, helping to create an exceptional experience for customers and visitors alike.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines front-of-house excellence, customer engagement, community building, sales support, and business centre operations.

The Role

As the face of the business centre, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the site. You'll build strong relationships with occupiers, coordinate customer events, assist with viewings, and ensure the workspace is presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, customers, and guests
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries, mail, deliveries, and access control
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a seamless move-in experience
• Build strong relationships with customers and enhance the overall customer journey
• Organise networking events and engagement activities within the business centre
• Conduct viewings and support sales activity to maximise occupancy
• Assist with social media content and community communications
• Manage meeting room bookings and maintain communal areas to a high standard
• Support facilities, cleaning, maintenance, and contractor management
• Deputise for the Business Centre Manager when required
