ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER – BEAUTY
Shopping centre - London
Salary up to £30/35,000 + Bonus
Full-Time, 40 Hours – Permanent
We are supporting the launch of an exciting new brand within an established retail group, with new kiosk locations opening at White City and Stratford.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kiosk operations independently
- Lead, motivate and coach the team
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain high brand and visual standards
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager

About You
- Previous retail or customer-facing management experience
- Confident leading a small team
- Self-sufficient, proactive and commercially driven
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
