Overview
Help lead ELEMIS’ No. 1 store across the UK and Ireland
Set amid the rolling countryside of County Kildare, Kildare Village is one of Ireland’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations. Its beautifully landscaped, open-air setting is just an hour south-west of central Dublin and ideally connected to Cork, Limerick, Galway and beyond—attracting a discerning clientele from across Ireland and around the world.
This is a rare opportunity to become a key leader within ELEMIS’ highest-performing store across the UK and Ireland. As Assistant Business Manager, you’ll work in close partnership with the Business Manager to drive the success of a fast-paced, high-volume luxury retail business, inspire a talented team of seven and deliver a client experience that reflects the exceptional standards of both ELEMIS and Kildare Village.
Acting as a role model on the shop floor, you’ll combine outstanding personal sales with hands-on coaching, strong commercial awareness and operational excellence. You’ll help maximise every opportunity for growth, develop the team’s confidence and expertise, and build meaningful client relationships that inspire loyalty.

Responsibilities
Support business performance
- Partner with the Business Manager to drive sales, treatments, and overall store performance
- Support the delivery of KPIs including sales targets, ATV, and client retention
- Analyse performance trends and contribute ideas to maximise opportunities for growth
- Lead by example through strong personal sales and client engagement
Lead and develop the team
- Support in coaching and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and results
- Carry out regular in-store coaching to elevate selling skills and product knowledge
- Assist with 1:1s, feedback conversations, and development plans
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Step up to lead the team in the Business Manager’s absence
Deliver exceptional client and treatment experiences
- Provide personalised consultations and skincare advice
- Support the team to deliver best-in-class treatment experiences aligned to luxury standards
- Champion a seamless client journey from consultation through to follow-up
- Build loyal client relationships through strong clienteling and repeat engagement
Build client and partner relationships
- Support the execution of in-store events and brand activations
- Strengthen relationships with Flagship stakeholders and colleagues
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing ELEMIS with professionalism and passion
- Contribute to initiatives that grow the client base and enhance brand visibility

Drive store and operational excellence
- Maintain exceptional standards of merchandising, hygiene, and presentation
- Support stock management, stock takes, and accurate product handling
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and Flagship Partner expectations
- Assist in rota planning and day-to-day operational organisation
Work sustainably and responsibly
- Support the delivery of ELEMIS sustainability commitments in daily operations
- Encourage mindful practices that reduce waste and environmental impact
Qualifications

- A strong seller with a passion for delivering results
- Emerging leader with the confidence to coach and support others
- Commercially aware with an understanding of KPIs and performance drivers
- Skilled at building meaningful client relationships
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
