Assistant Business Partner – Human Resources
Salary: £36,676 - £38,993 (Band E)
Hours: 37 hours (may be required to work out of hours)
Location: Office-based with hybrid working
Job Type: Fixed term / secondment opportunity for a period of up to 18 months
Overview
We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Team as an Assistant HR Business Partner. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting managers across the organisation with the employee lifecycle, and workforce initiatives. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you'll provide practical advice, build strong stakeholder relationships and help deliver a high-quality HR service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing professional HR advice and support to managers and colleagues.
- Managing a varied caseload.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Producing and analysing HR data and management information.
- Contributing to HR projects, policy development and service improvements.
About you
- Level 3 CIPD qualification with experience in delivering quality HR advice.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employment Law.
- Confident dealing with complex and sensitive people matters.
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality people service.
