Grade 11 - £44,253 (37 hours)

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Business Support Manager to join the team supporting the Environmental Services Group on a full-time basis. Although based at 2 Llys Cadwyn, Pontypridd there may be need to work form one of our other 3 sites as required but this will be on an ad hoc basis as the needs of the service dictate.

Hybrid working is available once the successful candidate is comfortable with the needs of the services supported. This will be on a rota with the other team members but is not compulsory if the successful candidates prefers working from the office full time.

The role entails supporting the work of the Business Support Manager and helping to manage the day to day workload and procedures of the Business Support team which is spread over 4 sites, and will work as part of the team at all times. The role is to provide support to the Environmental Services Group's service areas which are very much frontline services and the successful applicant will have to demonstrate the ability to make decisions and deliver outcomes quickly and efficiently.
