Role Overview
MR PORTER is seeking a talented and commercially minded Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic Buying team.

Key Details
- Location: Westfield office in Shepherd’s Bush
- Department Size: 4 (Approx.)
- Reporting to: Buyer
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Responsibilities
- Prepare for buying trips and appointments
- Manage orders and pricing
- Monitor competitors and pricing alignment
- Drive in-season trading
- Lead weekly trade reporting
- Support launches and on-site standards
- Support team performance and projects
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience at a BAA or equivalent level in fast-paced fashion retail buying or merchandising
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong analytical and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Commercial awareness
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with stringent deadlines
- Great sense of humour, personal style, and attitude
