Shape the Future of an Iconic Product Portfolio

Are you passionate about products, consumer trends, and bringing new ideas to market? Do you enjoy analysing information, identifying opportunities, and working with different teams to deliver successful products?

We are looking for an Assistant Category Manager to join our Marketing team and support the growth and development of our product portfolio. Working closely with the Category Manager, you will gain exposure to all aspects of category management, including market analysis, product development, lifecycle management, and new product launches.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Category Management, Product Management, or Marketing. You'll gain hands-on experience, work with well-known products, and develop your commercial and analytical skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working four days per week from our Sutton Coldfield office, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Category Manager, you'll support the Category Manager in delivering category plans and helping ensure our products continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
