Aramark UK is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Catering Manager who will assume responsibility for all on-site Catering operations at New College Swindon.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of catering services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate catering staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, effective performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations are followed, carrying out regular checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive guest experience that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, reduce waste, and support cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Coordinate catering requirements for meetings, functions, and special events, ensuring all food, beverage, and service arrangements are delivered successfully.
