What you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Change Manager, you will:

  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in change management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to driving change and innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • A background in retail or customer service sectors.
