Location
Winifred Holtby Academy, Hull
Working Hours
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am to 8am and 3:15pm to 5:15pm

Your New Role
What You'll Do
- Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.
- Assist the cleaning supervisor with the requirements listed below. Ensure the below is maintained in supervisor’s absence i.e., holidays, sickness.
- Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures.
- Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e., Health & Safety and COSHH.
- Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the cleaning supervisor on completion of quality audits.
- Check all equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting any faults to the cleaning supervisor.
- Ensure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
- Ensure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets in supervisors’ absence.

What You'll Need
- General cleaning experience in a commercial setting
- Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential
- Experience working within facilities management is desirable
- The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
