Function and Job Purpose
The IF & ABL function looks to support continued growth in the IF & ABL portfolio, playing a key part of managing the risk and relationship of the clients. This role enhances controlled growth in the IF& ABL portfolio, which is part of the secured lending offering at White Oak. This role encompasses both Client Executive and Client Management responsibilities. The role is particularly aimed at a Client Executive looking to move into Client Management. The role can be based in our Chester or London office.

Role and Responsibilities
- Dealing with client queries and resolving issues. Escalating any issues to the appropriate person.
- Manage daily client invoice notifications schedules and monthly borrowing base of other ABL assets.
- Completing monthly reconciliation of the client’s Accounts Receivable ledger to the Lendscape system ledger.
- Updating reserves on a weekly /monthly basis.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure debtor receipts are allocated and client payment requests are fulfilled.
- Delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring the collateral base of each client is maintained up to date.
- Maintaining your own Portfolio of IF & ABL.
- Attend visits/meetings and arrange for Client variations and other amendments for Clients. Cross sell other products offered by White Oak.
- Portfolio administration – including updating Salesforce records, ensuring client’s accounts are received on time, covenant testing, scheduling audits & valuations.
- Participation in projects as and when they arise.
- Any other request deemed reasonable from your line manager.

Core Skills and Knowledge
- Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally in person, via telephone, email and virtual meetings.
- Risk /Credit Management: Robust understanding of Invoice Finance and the key areas to focus on.
- Self-Starter: Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Product Knowledge: Sound awareness of general principles of Invoice Finance and ABL. Training of the ABL product suite and procedures will be provided.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent Excel skills and ability to use the IF & ABL Lendscape operating platform (full training to be provided).
Any Other Attributes That Would Be Helpful, But Not Essential for the Role
Prior experience in Invoice Finance, Asset Based Lending or Financial Services.
