About the job
An opportunity has arisen in the Private Banking division of Bank J. Safra Sarasin (Gibraltar) Ltd, a leading Swiss Private Bank centered on providing multi-asset investment management services to private and institutional clients.
This is a front office, client-facing role within a growing bank and dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of private banking clients. The role includes (but may not be limited to) the following tasks:

- Speaking with the Bank’s private clients, understanding their sophisticated needs and executing their instructions.
- Processing of payments, investment orders, loans and deposits.
- Supporting investment related initiatives and queries.
- Supporting account opening and account closure process along with other client account lifecycle and maintenance requirements.
- Addressing a range of account and transaction-related matters like corporate actions, loan applications and credit card requests.
- Client reporting (e.g. production of statements, valuations, advices, tax reports).
- Supporting bank projects and testing of new systems/processes.
- Preparation of packs/presentations for client and prospective client meetings.
- Taking minutes and producing contact notes.
- Supporting private bankers in business development and networking initiatives.
- Supporting client events.
- General front office administrative support and query management.
