Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Client Success Manager, working two days per week in their glossy offices based in Birmingham city centre!

This role is to join a leading tech provider recognised for their collaborative culture, innovation, and commitment to professional growth, joining their Information Security Team, providing operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and be a reliable point of contact.
  • Support new clients through the onboarding process and help them get familiar with the service.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand how things are going and deal with any questions or concerns.
  • Keep track of client accounts, making sure they are happy, engaged and getting value from the service.
  • Keep client information, notes, and activity up to date on the CRM system.
  • Help clients understand the product or service and make sure they are aware of the support available to them.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to make sure client needs are being met.
