Assistant Clinical Physiologist Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Clinical Physiologist to join the Respiratory Physiology team based at Ninewells Hospital.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the delivery of Respiratory Physiology and Sleep Services across NHS Tayside by:
- Preparing and calibrating specialist equipment
- Performing a range of routine respiratory and sleep diagnostic investigations
- Playing a key role in the delivery of the APAP service, including patient education, treatment initiation, and ongoing patient support
About the Team
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic, and supportive multidisciplinary team, providing services that are integral to the diagnosis and management of a wide range of respiratory and sleep disorders. The service also supports a number of key clinical pathways across NHS Tayside, including respiratory medicine, surgical services, and urgent care pathways.

Training

Qualifications
Applicants should ideally have:
- Experience working within a healthcare environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage their workload effectively
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
